Wes
Haughton

Wes is a senior business leader with over 35 years’ experience in Corporate Banking, Insurance, and Workplace Pensions. Known for building high-performing teams and driving transformational growth, he has a proven record of turning strategic ambition into lasting results.
Before co-founding GR4SP, Wes was on the board at Santander Corporate & Commercial Banking as Head of Business Development, leading a UK wide team in client acquisition and launching the bank’s first national TV and media campaign. He also held senior roles at Scottish Widows and Lloyds Banking Group, delivering award-winning results and driving client and colleague engagement.
Wes combines strategic vision with a collaborative, inclusive leadership style, creating cultures of trust, energy, and shared purpose. At GR4SP, he brings his experience and passion for helping others unlock their potential.

Sharon
Yapp

Sharon is an accomplished sales leader with over 35 years of experience spanning several sectors including Hospitality, Corporate Banking, Insurance & Workplace Pensions.  She led her first successful sales team at 19 and has since built an exceptional track record in sales origination, people leadership, and cultural transformation, combining commercial acumen with a motivating, engaging style.
Before co-founding GR4SP, Sharon held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Scottish Widows, and Santander Corporate & Commercial Banking, driving business growth and leading national teams in origination, client acquisition, and marketing. She has a natural talent for attracting and developing diverse talent, fostering confidence, teamwork, and trust.
Sharon excels in sales strategy, coaching, recruitment, and marketing, creating clarity and loyalty within teams. At GR4SP, she channels her positivity and passion for growth into helping organisations and individuals achieve their full potential, guided by her belief that when people enjoy their work and feel supported, success follows naturally.
